No Buffalo Nickels were produced in 1922, 1932 and 1933.  This piece was over-struck on nickels from 1913 to 1938.
This coin is a
very clean, beautiful piece
.  Any haze or spots in the photos are just reflections/glare.
Some very cool evidence of the original host coin may show through.
