1970s/80s Eastern Block Communist OFFICER HAT CAP w/Insignia Privately Acquired

Description

See the photos of this very nice hat that I no longer need.  I taught World History in a high school and my principal gave me this hat that he had personally acquired when he was travelling in the 1980s.  My students enjoyed seeing it but I retired in 2019 so this hat needs a new home.  Excellent condition with no problems.  Green with red piping.
