2007-D Washington Concept Dollar, Statue of Liberty reverse.
The number in the Star indicates the Presidential sequence.  Washington is #1.
The scalloped rim represents the red, white, and blue bunting often seen draped across political podiums.
Sculpted in 3D by Daniel Carr.   The dies were made using direct mechanical transfer from the 3D models.
To comply with US monetary regulations, the reverse is marked "S1" rather than "".  Because it is not a copy of an actual coin, it does not need to be imprinted with "COPY."
This is not a "Replica" coin because it was designed and minted in 2006, before the US Mint design was revealed in 2007.
