**Very Low Mintage **
In 2020 to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the Manila Mint, re-strikes of the 1920 Wilson "So-Called Dollar" were offered. The re-strikes are struck using the original obverse die (HK 449, 450 & 1031) engraved by George Morgan of the Philadelphia Mint. The re-strikes, struck by Daniel Carr (with oversight by
Jeff Shevlin, the So-Called D
ollar Guy)
of the Moonlight Mint, are 38mm, the same size as the Wilson "Dollar" (technically a medal as the piece is not legal tender). The reverse die was accurat
ely re-created by Dan Carr to include anniversary verbiage.  The Manila Mint was the only overseas mint ever established by the U.S.  (From Jeff Shevlin's website)
The Wilson reverse shows a representation of "Juno Moneta" (the goddess of money and minting) kneeling and watching over a nude youth who is pouring planchets (coin blanks) into a coining press.
-- A Brief History of the Wilson Dollars --
When Japan invaded the Philippines in 1942 the U.S. government dumped 16 million Pesos in silver coins into Manila Bay to prevent it's seizure by the Japanese. Many Silver and Bronze Wilson Dollars were included in this dumping. Although many of these coins and medals were salvaged after the war the majority are heavily corroded from their long immersion in salt water.
