Description

A pilot aligns the reamers when two or more holes must be reamed in same axis, pilot use a floating tapered guide sleeve for self centering in the opposite hole as it reams the other hole and guiding the reamer
Specially designed for reaming King Bolt bushings for proper alignment of bushing and other assemblies requiring the two or more holes to be mechanically in line to accept a needed diameters, bushing, bearings, etc.
Adjustable range ±3 or ±5 mm, eg for reamer ø25-30mm, adjustable size  is 24.9-30.1mm
