    Description

    An ancient wooden mask or partial head from Egypt
    Allegedly from the 26th Dynasty, around 500 BC
    Mounted on a sheet of white plexiglass
    Purchased in 1972 from Kamloops Inc. New York, NY
    Comes with Kamloops guarantee* which reads :
    Description:     " A beautifully defined wooden mask with
    traces of red and black paint. It was found
    in Abu Sier (Abu Sueir)  and dates to
    the 26th dynasty"

    It appears to have restoration; see the last 2 images taken under a ultraviolet / black light
    This was acquired from a California estate years ago; the previous owner purchased this in 1972
    Given the restoration and authenticity issue; we are just selling this item as a decorative object
