Antique Vintage Fabulous Black Velvet Doll Evening Coat Large P826

Antique fabulous doll's black velvet evening coat. The soft kind of velvet, that was used on the nicer coats for humans at the time. Longer in the back, and lined with peach color cotton (I think?, maybe raw silk?), all hand sewn, and it closes with hooks and thread loops. 20" long in the front from the shoulder to hem, and 22" long in the back. (I think a 24" doll could wear this), and 6 3/4" across the shoulders, 18" around the bust under the arms, and the sleeves are 10" long. The top edge of the collar has some gold trim that looks like the stuff usually used on Christmas ornaments. Just spectacular, but sorry it's hard to get good photos of black velvet... Excellent condition!
