~Packaging conditions/Returns~
•Our items are SHELF PULLS and will/may have packaging blemishes no matter what the picture is showing in the listing.. We use stock photos and all packaging will differ.
•Please note that some items packaging : May have stickers/sticker residue on containers. May have packaging that is faded or with slight damage (scratches, dings, a bit torn)
•Rest assured that the items them selves are new and never been used, damaged or broken.
• I can not refund for packaging condition... if the item it self is damaged... that is a different story. My items are shelf pulls and have been handled. If you are buying to collect or for a gift and need the package in mint condition, please message for more photos of the packaging.. We use stock photos for our listings when we can and all packaging is different when we have large quantities . I’m selling the items inside the packaging... not the packaging... most of my items will NOT have mint packaging and they will show some wear from being handled from the store shelf. They are not demolished, but could have bent corners, tares, minor damage to the packaging or tags. If my listing title states “MINT” then the packaging, labels and item are in MINT condition for collecting or gifting... otherwise you may receive items with packaging blemishes... I would never list an item with the packaging horrible unless it’s been fully photographed. Shipping will be paid by the buyer to return and shipping deducted before a refund is issued if you want to return an item you “missed” the packaging photos or notes. If an item is damaged in transit that was not photographed please send me a message so I can file a claim and refund/replace.
~Shipping Policy~
We ship all orders with in 24 hours of cleared payment. Please note we do NOT ship on Sundays or Holidays as the USPS is NOT open. If you are needing a item 2-3 days out from the purchase day... Please contact us before purchasing as we can not control the speed in which the USPS handles your package.
~Defective Item Policy~
If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please feel free to message me on Ebay describing the defect/damage (with a picture) and I will get back with you as soon as possible.
~Return Policy~
Please check your item/s upon receipt. All returns must be in original condition. The cost of shipping the item is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Since I offer FREE SHIPPING in all or almost all my items, the actual shipping cost I paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt for any return.
~Wrong Address Policy~
If you do not receive your package within the estimated time of delivery given, please send me a message on eBay so we can have it investigated and I can help retrieve the item. Postage cost for incorrect/wrong addresses will not be refunded and if your item has to be shipped out again, second postage is due from the buyer.
~Guaranteed Delivery Time~
We do not offer guaranteed delivery, we can not simply guarantee any package after it leaves our hands. We do ship with in 24 hours of cleared payment but we can not make sure the USPS is preforming their jobs correctly. Weather, holidays and postal works could slow or stop your package at any point and that is out of our control.
