Thoth was the ancient Egyptian god of the Moon, writing, and the inventor of speech.
He was the divine
scribe, present at all funeral rites, his function was to record the deeds of the deceased
before
they were placed on the scales with the feather of truth.
Manufactured in Egypt by Egyptian craftsmen.
Made of composite stone, in the color black.
New, unused, unbroken, no cracks or crazing.
The statue  measures :  4 " high x 2 " deep x 1 " wide.
