ALABASTER PYRAMID
Alabaster is abundant in Egypt. It is the same material as Calcite. Alabaster comes in a range of yellows and whites, sometimes with inclusions, crackling, plumes or the occasional splash of darker color. It is a softer stone and relatively easy to carve. There are many craftsmen and factories making stoneware all over Egypt, though the most concentrated will be found in Luxor and Cairo.
I hand picked this item while visiting Hurghada in November 2019. This beautiful city is on the east coast on the Red Sea and is a popular destination for snorkeling and for tourists around the world. The nearest large city is Luxor, which is about 2.5 hours drive inland through which you'll drive through the scenic Qena desert (which has alot of red granite formations, that which is found in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid).

This item was hand crafted IN EGYPT and from materials sourced there.
You can be sure this stone, which takes hundreds, if not thousands of years to form, has absorbed some of the powerful energy and information Egypt is famous for. It will make a wonderful addition to your collection of Egypt items, for decor, as a gift, for your altar or crystal grid.
