We reserve the right to decide which one is convenient for the destination in order to offer you the fastest delivery time.
*Saturday & Sunday do not count as business shipping days.

We ship FedEx/ UPS / USPS with tracking number Monday through Friday.

ship to APO addresses, Guam, Virgin Islands. Customer pays for the shipping cost. Free shipping only applies to US continental states.

must be received by noon (Central Time)
to make our daily 1pm shipping deadline, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.

FedEx / UPS can not deliver items to PO Boxes. If the item is promised to be shipped using these options, you will need to provide a physical address.

a. Refunds will gladly be given for returns of defective merchandise. In order to receive a refund, you must contact us seven days after the item(s) delivery. The product must be returned unused and/or in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging.
