How to Creat a Spot-Free Lighting Effect with Proper Aluminum Channels (Diffused PC Covers) and LED Strips ?
1. The Density of Your LED Strip Lights.
You can understand it as distance between 2 LEDs on your LED strip.
If the LED strip you use is of quite big distance between 2 LEDs, (i.e, 30 LEDs per Meter LED strips ), no matter which aluminum channel you choose, it can NOT create spot-free lighting effect.
However, if you are using a LED strip with 120 LEDs/Meter, with most aluminum channels, (i.e, Litever LL-007-M,LL-007-A, LL-007-F, LL-007-G, LL-017-DS, etc), it can create perfect spot-free lighting effect.
2. Depth of the Aluminum Channel.
The deeper the aluminum channel, the easier to get spot-free lighting effect.
When using 60 LEDs/Meter LED strip, for most shallow aluminum channels, i.e, LL-007-F, LL-007-G, LL-007-M, the LED spots can be seen.
However, if you put the same 60 LEDs/Meter LED strip inside deeper aluminum channels, i.e, LL-007-A / LL-007-B / LL-007-MH, no LED spots at all.
