New with tags by 7.62 Design. Made in the U.S. of preshrunk cotton. The sewn in tag says "LG" but the tag says "Tee, Adult/Youth, S/S" . I am an XL and it is very tight so I am guessing it is a man's small to medium or a woman's large.
