    Thule 821 Low Rider Bicycle Fork Mounted Bike Carrier Rack.
    This had been sealed I opened it since it had moisture inside bag to dry out paper and piece , the price says 29.99 I am selling for 22.00, there is a Knick in the last pic but I’m sure there will be more with use , base is 3 3/4” long front and 2 1/4” wide side there is 5 drill holes there was no hardware in the sealed bag and believe there wasn’t in first place as I looked it up .
