Listed here is an USAF US Air Force Security Police Tactical
Air Command TAC Subdued Crest Badge Insignia Beret which is now obsolete.  This beret would have been worn by Tactical Air Command
Security Police from 1979 to 1993.
The beret would have been worn for regular duties.
The beret itself are US size 7 1/4 or metric size 58 with a leather band, lined on the inside and has a blue wool exterior
and was manufactured in the USA by Bancroft Cap Company.  This beret would make a great addition to any militaria or law enforcement collection.
It is very rare to find an USAF Security Police beret with an Air Force Communications crest as compared to other command crests.
