Vintage Top Rank Military officer hat in a dark green color with black brim and gold leaf detailing.
Significant signs of wear: Quite a few
moth holes (none bigger than 1mm) outer top band & center front medallion piece are missing, inside brown band is partially coming off, plastic interior pocket corner has come unstitched, gold leaf on brim has a stray metal piece standing straight up,  please see pics
