Vintage US Army Surplus Camo Hat Cap w Ear Flap Woodland Camouflage (Size 7 3/8)

Description

Used with wear. This is a size 7 3/8. I'm not sure what size my head is, but I'd say it is an average size for an adult male, and this cap is tight on me.
The ear flaps can go up in the hat (thus making it tighter), or you can flip them down to keep your ears warm like the troopers on Hoth.
