Here is a used, vintage Naval Hat, by Art Caps Military Headwear of New York. Condition is good. The white fabric has yellowed. There is tarnish to the metal Eagle, but the hat is sturdy, interior is also in good condition. No size tag; interior around hatband at bottom edge measures 22". It is definitely smaller than a men's size 7 3/8. No odors.
