Vintage Webcor Webster Holiday B-1024-1 Portable Tube Phonograph Record Player
3-speed mono record changer. Chassis was powered on with a Variac and played with a loud hum. Chassis will need new capacitors and other service. Record changer motor runs, but automatic functions did not work and the tonearm does not move by hand. Platter is stiff to move. Rubber motor mounts have degraded. Phono cartridge was not tested, has an Astatic crystal cartridge, which tend to go bad with age. No guarantee of any functionality.
Cabinet and record changer smell moldy. Covering is coming unglued on one side and has dirt and wear. Paint on tonearm is flaking off. Please view photos for details of condition.
