NOTE : IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT THE PREVIOUS USER HAD USED LOCTITE ON THE THREADED COLLARS AND WITHIN THE BLADE SOCKETS.  TO BREAK LOOSE AND ADJUST DIAMETER USE LOCTITE SOLVENT OR HEAT TO UNLOCK.   BE SURE TO SOAK COLLARS AND BLADES WITH THE SOLVENT FOR A WHILE TO LOOSEN THE ASSEMBLY.
