Most commonly used insert by aftermarket wheel manufacturing companies
Most commonly used insert by importers who drill lug holes in Wheel blanks (brought in without any lug holes) then drill wheels as needed to one of various lug hole patterns.
It is the most commonly used insert used by custom wheel repair and re-drilling shops.
It can be used for almost any thread size lug nut or lug bolt. Only exceptions are 5/8" or 16mm.
Most machine shops can easily machine your wheels to accept these inserts.
Special notes:
LUG HOLE INSERTS DO NOT JUST SLIP INTO AN EXISTING LUG NUT HOLE.
THE EXISTING LUG HOLES MUST BE MACHINED OUT TO ACCEPT THE OUTSIDE SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS
OF THE NEW LUG HOLE INSERTS TO BE USED.

If your lug hole is badly damaged, you may have to use the larger OD WI660 insert
