    Description

    Swedish Leather Tanker Helmet
    Original, reportedly WW2 issue, Swedish Army tanker's helmet, soft black leather construction with triangle shaped pad section on forehead, vertical pad section in rear, rear neck curtain, adjustable chin and side straps, and side cut-outs with snap flaps for radio earphones. Soft black cotton lining well marked with Swedish military acceptance and contractor markings. Size 60 [approx. US size 7 3/8]. Leather is nice and supple with no stiffness, cracks, or other damage. Not only a nice piece for any collection of military tanker/armored vehicle helmets, but for a multitude of other uses as well--bikers, medieval reenacting/SCA, etc., and is in excellent condition.
