They do show some very basic signed of use, but all in all they are in really nice condition. This set has been Cleaned, inspected, oiled and nicely packaged. Comes with the 4 complete control towers, a brand new high quality Allen key tool and a complete set of instructions. There are absolutely no issues with this set - No breaks, bends, cracks, dents, defects or missing parts. This set is Yakima SKS lock compatible (locks sold separately). If you would like to purchase a used set of lock we offer nice used sets of 4 cores and a key for an additional . New sets of locks are and come with 4 locks, 2 keys and a control key.
