    This bike rack extender was a customer return that was sent back in excellent/like new condition in the original box. It looks to be unused. All hardware/accessories, keys and locks have been checked and are included. This rack is a +2 extender for the Yakima Holdup bike rack (sold separately) and is designed to be used with the 2" hitch model only.
